16 of us met in the Portland College Cafe for the Saturday 23rd of November meeting. We chatted a lot, some models were shown off, we debriefed ourselves about how well we did at our recent show "Narrow Gauge Now" in October (report here) and started planning for next year's show (more details here). Some of the modeling we enjoyed is shown below.
Alan brought along test track with an A1 models Railcar and several i/c locos.
This is Charlie's current work-in- progress, a Sri-Lankan 2-4-0+0-4-2 Bayer Garrat, all scratch built with bits from the scrap box.
Andy has been working on his home printed Indian state military railway Bagnal, from his own drawing, with several duplicated parts as this is still in development.
And Andy also showed us a few of the loco and workshop parts he has been working on, again all home printed. These include two fireboxes, a Fobco pedestal drill, and an anvil! Superb detail.
